- Step : 1 Click This Link http://www.nvsp.in/forms/Forms/form8?lang=en-GB
- Step : 2 Now You Can Select Your State and Constituency (Vidhan Sabha Vistar) See Below Image to Crearly.
- Step : 3 Enter Your Current Voter ID Detail Such as Name, Surname, Part number of electoral roll and Seriel number of electoral Enter your name and surname in English and Your Regional Language. For Regional Langage name is not Corect please Double Click on Name and Chose Correct Name. See Below Image.
- Step : 4 Please tick the entry which is to be corrected. i have select name, my photograph and date of birth. and type Correct name and Surname in below image.
- Step : 5 Enter Your Date of Birth Correct. See below image.
- Step : 6 Now Upload Your Photograph, Name Proof, Age Proof for Change Detail. You Can Select Your Type of Document then upload. now add your mobile number and email id. then click on Submit see below image.
- Step : 7 Now All detail are submit and Thank you massage with refrance number. also your refrence number send in your email and mobile. see below image.
- Step : 8 Now Save or Copy and enter This refrence numbr to this box and click on Track Status
- 9 Now You Can See Your Aplication Status with Date and Step. see below image.
